LEVEL 1 TO 60 (SOFTCAPPING)
You might get overwhelmed with the texts and buttons all around the DW screen. Just follow the tutorial and you’ll be familiar with the controls in no time. The story is pretty straightforward, if there is. Check on your Quest tab if you’re lost, but I believe there are arrows to guide you where to go next.

- First and foremost, DO NOT auto-explore when you haven’t reached softcap stats yet. Auto-exploring at your level lets you level up faster without finding any stat pills.
- Don’t rush in leveling. An account with a high level but pathetic stats is obviously WEAK! For non-gemmers, you are expected to reach softcap stats by level 61.
- Buy str and con from the town healer until you reach softcap. The costs go up as you level up so buy them ASAP.
- DO NOT use your learning points on your stats. Put them on your skills, and focus on one class only. Once you’ve reached level 60 you can either go for another class or continue with your current one. TIP: If you’re not a mage, try to get at least mage level 6 for Light Heal or level 21 for Heal, as it helps greatly in battle.
- Your skill level should be equal or higher than your own level. If you are a level 53 swordie, your skill level should at least be sword level 53. If not then you obviously put some points on your stats. Stop putting points on your stats and put them only on your skills.
- DO NOT waste your energy in the arena or use it to level up. It may give you good exp (if you win) but each fight costs 2 energy and you’ll be missing on the stat pills that you would otherwise get if you explore instead.
- Do not buy equipment from shops. Save all your coins for str and con. You can get better equipment for free as drops from exploring.
- Your first purchase with gems must be the BANKER’S GUILD. It costs 42 gems, so DO NOT waste your gems by opening gates or portals or buying weak premium allies. If possible, ask someone more experienced about where to spend your gems on.
- Once you have purchased the Banker’s Guild, remember to bank your gold before any boss fights. You should also bank your gold before logging off.
- Try to answer all puzzles and chest questions. If you can’t answer it, try this puzzle solver.
- Share at least one of each crystal color you find and try to get 8 crystals from profiles everyday. Try to log-in everyday to get your pink crystal and daily mystery box from the Guardian tab.
- Use the Priestess ally from the Thieves Hideout and don’t change it until you get the Phoenix ally from The Desert.
- You can get a free Demon Wings (premium ally) after the boss of the first orb gate YOU opened is killed. If you can’t finish the gate alone you can ask anyone online or post on the wall, just say you’re trying to get Demon Wings.
- Use all your energy before buying a premium item/ally, and put on any energy-increasing ring you got. Any purchase worth 21 gems or more will replenish your energy and skill points.
- Talk to every NPC in towns as they may give you a quest that gives equipment and experience as rewards. You can repeat quests that give experience and/or mystery box as reward like successfully enhancing 10 items or killing 10 possessed bosses.
- Always check your Home tab for in-game events and guild announcements.
